In this new year some---or, perhaps, many---of you have resolved to live a better, more fulfilling, and happier 2012. For those few who may feel that life is perfect just as it is, though the rest of us may be a tad bit envious, we plan to continue grasping for that brass ring, nevertheless.  Life seems to unfold in chapters. Just because your story started out badly doesn't necessarily mean that it will end up that way. Your life is a continuing journey from one experience to the next. The plan is that we learn and grow from each part of that journey so that we can wisely plan our next step. Of course, we are not in control of everything. In fact, the most that we can really hope to have control over (if "control" is, in fact, the right word) is ourselves in this very moment. This is not to say that we should not do our very best to create the kind of life which will fulfill us. In doing so, we must be honest and act with integrity toward ourselves and others. We must stand up for ourselves when necessary, and know when to back off a losing proposition. And, we must trust our gut.

Over the years I've been to a number of energy therapists who've used methods ranging from their hands to acupuncture needles to tuning forks to cure whatever has ailed me (and it usually did). But the last time, when an odd pain kept me from traveling to a practitioner's office, the ache was vanquished over the phone.

How big is your but?   How often have you heard someone or yourself say "If it wasn't for this thing that happened to me I would be able to do it" How often do we use experiences, people, or situations from the past to validate why we cannot do something in the future? It is very easy to fall into the "Poor Me syndrome" To justify or blame situations or others for our lot in life.

_Terah – January 17, 2012.

Do you really decide everything in your world?  Yes you do, and you re-decide and re-decide as you experience different things.  Some of you have been trying to reconcile all of that with the fact that there are other people out there seemingly making independent decisions.   Surely they are affecting your life by those decisions.  Well let’s chew this over a little and give you another way of looking at it.  Our intent is to have you be clear on what is yours to choose and what choices those others have.  We’ll start here.

__Anne Aleckson is a transformational writer, speaker, healer, & channel.  Even though this article is geared toward helping professionals, you can substitute anything that you are wanting to go out and do, to serve the world, in anyway - big or small. It discusses showing up in the world, as the real you and being the change that you want to see and keep searching for. Enjoy...

December is here, and soon it will be Jan 1, 2012. This is the time most people start thinking about goals and resolutions that they think will make their life better in the future.

However, what if you could make your life better... NOW.

I have always heard that there is my truth, your truth, and “the truth”. All I know for sure is that truth is changeable and it is different for each person. The older I got, the more confused I became. It seemed like there was no “absolute” rule to follow for figuring out if something was “the real truth”.

This a post by Lynn Scheurell, Creative Catalyst

Today is a very special day numerologically - it's
November 11, 2011, or 11.11.11.

As a Catalyst, I use life's events to help energy-aware
entrepreneurs to gain clarity, understand the bigger picture
and break through limitations to step into their power in life
and business. Today is such an event.

There are different vantage points from which to see
today's gifts. But before we do, note that last night
was a full moon which will enhance whatever is happening
for you right now.

As you watch your news and see the unrest in the world, rather than falling into fear, dear ones, fall in love! Fall in love with the fact that everything that has been stagnant in your world is getting stirred up because everything that has been stagnant within human hearts is getting stirred up. And far more important than what happens on the news is what is happening in your heart! What is coming to the surface within you? What new desires are being revealed, or what old desires are becoming more insistent? How do you want to be treated by the world? What love do you wish to express? Look at these things dear ones. Sit in silence and examine your heart. Be impeccably honest with yourself. What do you want to create? What do you want to change in your life.
